Mark Woods

Creative Director & Co-Founder

After starting life as a news wire journalist, Mark worked in communications at ITV before becoming Head of Creative and Social Media Content at Comic Relief.  Mark is also a bestselling parenting author, with titles translated into multiple languages.

Passionate about making films that have impact and help shift the world into a better and more equitable place, Jackie and Mark set up Really Good Films.

Their belief in the power of real people’s stories has led to commissions of brand, purpose defining and fundraising films from clients such as The Gates Foundation, NBC, Leo Burnetts, UNICEF, Movember, Crisis, RNIB, Care, Global Citizen and The Clarendon Group.

As well as capturing UK based stories they also work across the globe to create films from the toughest of locations and have a wealth of local production expertise.

They believe in hiring to help families have a better work/life balance, are committed to increasing diversity across every part of what they do and develop production talent across the world.
